  • 1970
    Established Kubota Trane Co., Ltd. as a joint venture between Kubota Tekko K.K. (currently Kubota Corporation) and Trane Inc. from the United States
  • 1971
    Completed Tochigi Plant and began operations
  • 1974
    Began production of Air Handling Units (hereinafter called AHU) for cleanrooms
  • 1978
    Developed AHU for Japanese market (J type) and began production
  • 1980
    Became a wholly owned subsidiary (100% investment ratio) of Kubota Tekko K.K. (currently Kubota Corporation)

    Began production of compact type AHU (space-saving structure)
